Terms of service.

Set out below are the terms and conditions on which Vivis Luxe Laser Ltd provides service to it’s clients. Please ensure that you have read and fully understand them prior to booking any treatment.

Appointments and Cancellations
Notification of a cancellation which gives less than 24 hours notice will be subject to penalties. Vivis Luxe Laser Ltd reserves the right to deduct the unattended treatment session from a pre-paid course of treatments, meaning that you will forfeit the session and no refunds will be given. Additional session/s required to complete a course of treatment will incur additional costs. For those not on a pre-paid treatment programme, Vivis Luxe Laser Ltd reserves the right to charge 50% of the treatment session cost if notice is given with less than 24 hours notice and 100% of the treatment cost for a no-show. This allows us to manage our diaries and offer the appointment time to another client.

Example. Your appointment is on Tuesday 11am.

You contact Vivis Luxe Laser on Monday 9am to reschedule or cancel. 0% penalty. Free to change.

You contact Vivis Luxe Laser on Monday at 11:15am to reschedule or cancel. 50% penalty.

You don’t turn up to your appointment. 100% penalty.

Booking an individual treatment session:
Individual treatment sessions are paid for in full in advance. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you call us no less than 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to give the full notice will result in penalties. This allows us to manage our diaries and offer the appointment time to another client.

Example. Your appointment is on Tuesday 11am.

You contact Vivis Luxe Laser on Monday at 11:15am to reschedule or cancel. 50% penalty.

You don’t turn up to your appointment. 100% penalty.

Booking treatment off a pre-paid treatment course:
Courses are paid for in full in advance. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you call us no later than 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to give the full notice will result in the treatment being redeemed by the clinic. This allows us to manage our diaries and offer the appointment time to another client.

Example. Your appointment is on Tuesday 11am.

You contact Vivis Luxe Laser on Monday at 11:15am to reschedule or cancel. 50% penalty.

You don’t turn up to your appointment. 100% penalty.

Please arrive promptly for your appointment so that the necessary paperwork can be completed. If you are running late to meet your appointment booking, please let Vivis Luxe Laser Ltd know out of courtesy and to avoid the risk of penalties. The available time remaining for your session may be reduced to prevent delays for the next client. This will not be made up for at another time or appointment booking.

Vivis Luxe Lase Ltd will endeavour to ensure that your appointment runs to time, however, should we need to cancel or postpone your appointment at short notice, we will make every effort to contact you in advance.

Prior to your treatment, we will inform you of any preparation required in advance of your treatment. Failure to follow the guide lines may result in cancellation of your appointment, reduced treatment time, or additional fees being charged.

Courses of Treatments
All treatments purchased as a course must be paid for in full, in advance of the first treatment session.
All courses must be taken within 12 months of the date of purchase.
Pre-paid courses are only refundable for medical reasons. Any refund agreed is calculated after all sessions taken are deducted at full price from the monies paid.

Liability
Vivis Luxe Laser Ltd will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the client.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he or she provide Vivis Luxe Laser Ltd with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment. Vivis Luxe Laser Ltd will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the clients failure to disclose such details.
The client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of, Vivis Luxe Laser Ltd regarding the care of the treated areas. Nothing in these terms of business shall exclude or limit Vivis Luxe Laser Ltd’s liability for death or any personal injury resulting from Vivis Luxe Laser Ltd’s negligence.

Children in the Clinic
No child under the age of 16 must be in the clinic at any time. For any client who requires treatment and brings a child with them, the appointment will be cancelled, resulting in the loss of the pre-paid treatment session or deposit or the cost of the treatment session booked.
