VIVIS Luxe Laser Limited ("VIVIS", "we", "us", or "our") provides laser and skincare services, as well as related products, through our website and clinics. This Payment and Refund Policy governs payments for our services and products, as well as our refund and cancellation policies.
1. Payments
Payment Methods: We accept payment by cash, credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other methods as agreed upon between VIVIS and the client.
Payment Terms: Payment is due at the time of booking or at the time of service, as specified in our booking terms and conditions.
Prices: Prices for our services and products are as advertised on our website or in our clinics. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund Policy: We offer refunds in accordance with the following terms:
Appointment Cancellations: Clients may cancel appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time without incurring a cancellation fee. Cancellations made after this time will be subject to a cancellation fee of £30.
Product Returns: Unopened and unused products may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase, subject to our inspection and approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Service Refunds: There is a no refund policy for services rendered.
3. Disputes and Chargebacks
Dispute Resolution: If you have any concerns or disputes regarding a payment or refund, please contact us at info@vivisluxelaser.com to resolve the issue amicably.
Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card issuer without first contacting us to attempt to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to pursue legal remedies to recover the disputed amount, including but not limited to suspending your access to our services.
